My practice is made up of primarily family law which includes prenuptial agreements, divorce, child custody, child support, parenting time issues, spousal support and division of marital assets and debts. Unfortunately, it also sometimes involves dealing with domestic violence issues.

Contract law is part of most areas of law from family law to real estate--commercial and residential. Therefore, I deal with contract law in most of my cases.

Real estate law makes up about 20% of my practice with disputes over the sale contracts (residential and commercial), easement and boundary line issues, adverse possession, etc. Real estate law issues often come up in family law cases. I do not handle landlord/tenant law cases.
