Kristin is dedicated, hard-working, knowledgable and fair-minded. She was incredible when helping me through my divorce. Kristin was supportive and objective and helped me navigate one of the most challenging times of my life. Kristin worked tirelessly to fight for the rights of my children and to e...nsure that a fair settlement was reached. She maintained a strong ethical stance, despite opposing council's negative approach to negotiations. She carefully explained potential outcomes and scenarios in a way that made sense to someone without a background in law. She carefully listened to my concerns and helped me make decisions that were in the best interest of my family. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

Kristin represented me on two amendments to my divorce judgement. Over time, as her business grew, she became more and more disorganized, dropping balls, mixing facts up, and not following through. As we got close to deposition dates, many details were lacking yet she insisted everything was on tar...get. I had serious concerns about some of the discovery demands and instead of helping sort through my concerns she yelled at me and hung up on me. When I complained about her jumping the gun on communications, she verbally attacked me. I ordered her to close the file. I refused to pay final amount due because of her highly unprofessional conduct. Since then she has continued to meddle in my current case and has been harrassing me. don't use this person. I have filed a complaint with the Oregon State Bar.
