Yes, if you qualify for a Ch.7, all your debt will be discharged even ones that have judgments. Good luck.

Yes, until the judge signs the adoption order, he CAN change his mind. All he has to do is call the adoption attorney. Sorry.

It is unrealistic for you to think the attorney is preparing the bankruptcy petition (all 50+ pages) for free. You do owe him/her for the petition...
