Christian Nathan Scritsmier

Christian Nathan Scritsmier grew up in Oregon.  He graduated from Jesuit High School, earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Oregon, and studied law at Willamette University.  While in law school, Christian clerked for the Marion County District Attorney’s Office and served as Executive Editor of the Willamette Journal of International Law & Dispute Resolution.  He entered Willamette’s Dispute Resolution program, which U.S. News & World Report ranked at that time as one of the top ten dispute resolution programs in the country.  Upon graduating from law school, Christian earned a Dispute Resolution Certificate in addition to his law degree.

Christian is a talented attorney, experienced negotiator, and a wise advocate for his clients. In 2018, he began working as associate attorney at Perkins Law, LLC.  Christian is a member of the Family Law Section of the Oregon State Bar and the Local Family Law Advisory Committee of Clackamas County.

Christian’s practice areas include family law matters (divorce, asset division, custody/parenting time/child support litigation, judgment modification, etc.) civil matters (contract/business litigation, etc.) and estate planning (drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, etc.).  In his off time, Christian enjoys spending time with his family, traveling to the Oregon coast, and watching soccer with his son.
