With 31 years of experience Mr. Weill has extensive knowledge of debtor-creditor, family law, real estate, personal injury, legal malpractice, probate, and other litigation and transactional matters. Mr. Weill frequently serves as Arbitrator in civil disputes.He has served as a Pro-Tem Circuit Judge for the Oregon Judicial Department since 2004, serving in nine counties, is a member of the Uniform Trial Court Rules Commitee and serves as trial counsel for the state bar in disciplinary cases.
