Ben Johnston is in my considered opinion a superlative lawyer in his area of expertise (traffic law). He has continually demonstrated a level of effectiveness and professionalism that other lawyers have as of yet to consistently demonstrate to me. Ben managed my case with total comprehension of... the issues and challenges, setting out an effective strategy, setting my expectations correctly, and helping to achieve an outcome that a lesser attorney would not have achieved. He has repeatedly out-shined his colleagues in capability every time I have had him represent me. He is simply said a credit to the Oregon Bar and as a member of the legal profession, and an officer of the court.
