Tim Bennett won my five year old case against the VA medical center. Two other attorneys started my case but gave up when federal attorneys wore them down. And when the government tried to use witness lists to intimidate us, he called their bluff by thoroughly discrediting their witnesses to the point that the government decided not to even call these witnesses. Winning this case significantly changed my life. I not only regained a great deal of my self worth, but the win improved the finances of my family significantly. This win will significantly impact the rest of my life and I will always be thankful to Mr. Bennett for all his hard work.
