Represent franchisees and franchisors in initial purchases, franchise system start-ups, terminations, modifications and transfers. Includes substantial experience working on behalf of alcoholic beverage producers (wineries, distilleries and breweries), auto dealers, boat dealers and retail/wholesale dealers, both regulated and unregulated.
