Heather E Harriman

With nearly 20 years of experience as a business and commercial litigation attorney, I have handled hundreds of legal matters both inside and outside the courtroom.  I have tried cases in state and federal courts througout Oregon and Washington. My practice emphasizes business litigation, business "divorce," complex business disputes, contract disputes, and trust and estates litigation.  My prior experience also includes commercial evictions, collections, foreclosures, tax controversies, bankruptcy, and debtor-creditor law. I believe in holistic lawyering – we must help our clients resolve their issues in such a way that we must "treat the client" rather than simply treat the problem.

As a native Oregonian, I am passionate about life in the Pacific Northwest, and our collective devotion to the people and animals around us and our environment. I enjoy helping people, unraveling and solving complex problems, creating strategies, and building teams to help create solutions.

In my spare time, I paint, hike, camp and get outdoors as often as possible.
