I have negotiated a broad array of retail, office, industrial, build-to-suit, ground, lease-purchase option and capital lease agreements. I currently represent Dutch Bros. and many of its franchisees in negotiating retail drive-thru coffee shop leases as they expand nationwide.

With experience working in acquisitions, forward planning and land development for a large international homebuilder, I bring a unique perspective and understanding of the issues facing developers and users of real estate. I help my clients navigate the myriad land use and development hurdles in an efficient and economical fashion. I have successfully represented a developer of a $30 million build-to-suit industrial office project in Salem, assisted in the acquisition of a commercial building.

I represent contractors and sub-contractors on construction-related issues ranging from contract negotiation, lien, bond and payment disputes, indemnification and risk mitigation, delay and schedule compression claims, and defect and warranty claims.
