My litigation experience includes business and real estate disputes, personal injury, medical malpractice, professional malpractice and a variety of other civil matters.

I represent property owners in eminent domain and land use litigation. I have represented property owners whose property is targeted for condemnation by a variety of authorities including TriMet, Lane Transit District and other public entities in Oregon. I have successfully navigated legal issues regarding regulatory takings and inverse condemnation proceedings.

I work with business clients and their owners to find unique and effective solutions to an assortment of issues, from resolving contract disputes to compliance with noncompetition agreements.
