Do not recommend phone conversations. I got an unexpected bill in the mail month and a half later for a fee that was never discussed. I specifically asked the secretary exactly how much it would cost ahead of time. I paid what I was expecting to pay. Then a month and a half later received a secon...d bill for an amount that was never discussed. Had I been told it would cost more to proceed, I would never have proceeded. Make sure you get any fees you may incur written in writing ahead of time before you decide to do business with this company.
