My husband and I were incredibly happy with the service we received from Damon. We were struggling with a tenant issue with our rental property in Portland, and not being professional landlords we found ourselves quickly over our heads with tenant-landlord law in the city. Damon went above and beyond... to help, and got our issue resolved within a few months. He answered our phone calls, he got back to our emails promptly, he even checked in over the weekend with us one time on a particular day that was critical to our legal timing. He helped us regain control of our rental home and we are so grateful. We also found his rates reasonable and fair. We have retained Damon to help us navigate our Portland property in the future. I am honored to have known Damon since Jr High School. I have known him as a man who conducts himself with integrity and honesty. I had land use dispute involving an easement. I received a letter from another law firm threatening legal action. I contacted Damon and discussed the Issue and sen...t a copy of the letter. He then drafted a very short and concise letter to the law firm describing what the easement was for and what I and their client could use said land for. After that, I no longer needed Damon’s services. I highly recommend Damon if you are looking for a good lawyer.

I first met Damon in about 1998. We served on Board of Directors of HOA for a condominium complex. Damon proved to be responsible, ethical and a good communicator. During this time a major issue surfaced involving water intrusion/dry rot throughout the complex which was hidden by the developer. T...he HOA hired Damon and his associates as attorneys to represent the owners. Damon and his legal team were instrumental in winning a 3 million dollar plus settlement for repairs. Damon’s communication, leadership qualities and legal expertise were excellent during the legal process.

Mr. Petticord and his associates where instrumental in bringing about a multi-million dollar class action lawsuit against the developers of our condominium. WITHOUT HIS TIRELESS EFFORTS, WE WOULD NOT HAVE PREVAILED. Mr. Petticord is a personable attorney, who is knowledgeable, has common sense, and... most of all, has integrity that has remained totally intact. During my years of business experience, I have had many interactions with different attorneys, locally and nationally. I have discovered that some attorneys, unfortunately, seem to value dollars over integrity and honor. Not so with Mr. Petticord. He has always demonstrated to me that ethics matter most to him.
