Kathleen Marie Moura

Kathleen Moura brings her six years representing real estate lenders to the benefit of consumers and specializes in foreclosure defense.  She also represents debtors in bankruptcy and defends consumers in collection lawsuits.  She represented a foreclosure trustee and individual real estate lenders in California state courts, Bankruptcy Courts and Federal District Court.  She has also worked in commercial lending for two banks.  Kathleen obtained her J.D in law from the University of San Francisco and a B.A. In Psychology from C.S.U. Sacramento.  Ms. Moura is licensed in Oregon and California (inactive) and is admitted to the Federal District Court in Oregon, the Ninth Circuit, and all Oregon state courts.  She has successfully litigated a probate matter to the California Supreme Court and a forfeiture matter to the Ninth Circuit.  Kathleen is experienced in a variety of legal matters, including real estate, contracts, probate, bankruptcy, personal injury and appellate law.
