He’s one of the most experienced environmental attorneys in the Northwest and he’s used to fighting some of the most powerful corporate interests around and winning. While his work ...for NSP has focused on environmental issues such as the Clean Water Act, he has also done an incredible job in an ongoing constitutional case we are involved with that would set important precedent for letting low-income individuals be able to challenge city and county land use decisions.
