Biography

His breadth of knowledge was acquired as an economics major at the University of Oregon, where he also earned his law degree and was published in the Oregon Law Review. Mr. Egner did his postgraduate work at New York University School of Law, where he was awarded the degree of Master of Laws (taxation).
Mr. Egner is a graduate of the 3-year Esperti Peterson Institute’s Masters Program in Wealth Strategies Planning; coauthor of Legacy: Plan, Protect, and Preserve Your Estate and Generations: Practical Answers From America’s Foremost Estate Planning Attorneys and was a contributing editor of Conspectus Current, a magazine for estate planning professionals.
In addition to his 24 years of service with Mt. Hood Community College Foundation, Mr. Egner was a member of the endowment committee of his local church and formerly of the Oregon Food Bank, the Gresham Barlow School District Foundation and regularly consults with other professionals on charities and foundations.
