George Hoselton

This is my 2nd time going thru bankruptcy AND with George Hoselton because as compared to other bankruptcy attorneys, there is NO comparison when it comes to George Hoselton as George is the way to go for all reasons. #1, he has a valid heart and a listening ear and knows the ups and downs so well t...hat he's got your case figured out and down in less than a second! Or shall I say, quicker than the speed of light! 99-101% of the times George is easy to get a hold of and get his clients in on the same day! Both me and my husband are extremely grateful for George's heart of gold and had us looking forward to meeting with him again. Just a word of forewarning though! You must be under caution so be aware that you will be snuggled to death by Bella and Charley, George's terriors! lol If you read these George, Thanks for everything and for making us feel at home.

I was so overwhelmed by the fact my house was being sold the next day that I did not even know where to start. After contacting several attorneys who told me there was nothing they could do on such short notice I contacted George Hoselton's office they told me to come in right away and they would he...lp me. I had hope finally and they were able to save my house from auction. The compassionate staff helped this elderly lady save her house and guided me through the process even with all of my challenges. I tell anyone who asks to go see George he can help!!

George is very competent in his knowledge of bankruptcy law. Unfortunately for us, he does so many that his sometimes untrained staff is left to handle things that seem to be outside their competency or scope. He refused to communicate with us by email, was late or absent for several appointments a...nd was generally disrepectful of everyone involved in the process, including the trustee, creditors, etc. Our chp 13 bankruptcy now needs to be dissolved and redone (by another attorney) because, I believe, lack of listening to us or respect for our situation.
