This dude is a slouch He over promises and under delivers His license was suspended shortly before he settled my case even though didn’t agree to the terms He’s now threatening to sue me and file a restraining order He seemed to be a cool lawyer at first, but after filing unnecessary paperwork..., and asking for more money and a lack of transparency, I realized I should try to do what I can to help myself After taking a 2k deposit, he asked me to get my own process server After the other party finally got a lawyer a year later with nothing happened, he demanded another 2k A couple emails later and a parent schedule looking to be finalized, he demanded another 500 claiming we were “at the finish line” He then allowed the other party to add frivolous claims and absurd adjustments to the parenting plan, and never even told me I could have filed for a pre judgement parenting order This guy does not care about a father wanting to be in his children life He only wants money and to do the least amount of work possible He even believed the other party false claims and scolded me about it after I told him I was seeking new counsel This guy is a slouch and a coke head in my opinion He may be good at property law, but when it comes to family law, stay far away from this guy $4500 and I haven’t seen my children and my case is so simple weekend parenting time he didn’t object to anything the other party wrote up allowed them to manipulate income he is not aggressive nor transparent and now that I’m firing him before trial he wants to respond immediately with threats of suing me for 500k Stay far away from this guy!!
