Timothy J Heinson

I am the owner of the Heinson Law Firm, and have represented clients in various of types of litigation and business matters, including landlord-tenant, bodily injury, construction defects, insurance coverage, and premises liability.  I also assist clients with businesses, wills, probates and a variety of "general practice" matters. I have represented clients in state and federal courts throughout Oregon and Washington, and have tried or arbitrated hundreds of cases. I am an arbitrator on court panels in several counties and serve as a volunteer mediator in Multnomah County Small Claims Court. 

In addition to an active law practice, I am an adjunct instructor with Portland Community College paralegal program and business department. I also speak at legal seminars on paralegal and trial topics.  I am a member of the Oregon State and the Washington State Bar Associations, and a member of the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel trial practice group. I earned a B.B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Portland and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College.
