Surprisingly unprofessional. Not only she lacked some basic knowledge about Oregon employment law, but the manner she concluded that she was not able to help with my case was quite unprofessional. She actually rushed me through the consultation and seemed careless to collect all the facts. She did no...t follow through with me after our initial consultation as she promised; Instead, she had her company send an automated message to my husband's email that she lacked the skills to help with my case. If you want a successful outcome to your case, I advise against retaining/consulting Shemia Fagan and the HKM firm which appears to be more like "the McDonald's" of law firms. I suggest to research more thoroughly and find a quality employment attorney/law firm who actually cares to be ethical, diligent, and who posses the professionalism and knowledge expected in this field.
