I began working with Ms. Wang and her staff after I married my wife in China. I was expecting the immigration process to be long, arduous and very expensive. I contacted Ms. Wang and she immediately told me what to expect, a general timeline, and all of the steps involved. From the beginning, Ms. ...Wang and her staff were very helpful - from the initial application, to the Homeland Security check, the National Visa Center processing and the Consulate interview - I was kept informed of each step, told how to prepare for the next step, and given assistance to have the next set of papers ready just prior to them being needed. When we hit a temporary snag in the process, Ms. Wang calmly and confidently helped, so that everything went thru smoothly. She also too the time to talk with my wife in China (Ms. Wang speaks fluent Chinese also) about any concerns that she had. My wife has arrived in America as a Permanent Resident, and I'm a happy husband! (And, best of all, Ms. Wang's one flat fee was very affordable and a whole lot less than I would have expected!) Baoqin and her assistant John provided me with I-140 application service early this year. She is very experienced with green card application process. It was such a smooth and easy process to work with her and John, from preparing the documents to sending them out. Her style is friendly, professional... and mellow, not sales-driven. Ms. Baoqin Wang is an excellent lawyer and I would highly recommend her and her assistant, Ms. Wu. They helped with my parents’ immigration case that was initiated elsewhere two decades ago. That’s a long, long story and some terrible mistakes happened. A case like that could be very easily viewed as... an abandoned, dead cold case by USCIS, but Ms. Wang made it! She pointed to the right direction, communicated well with the USCIS officials, and gave us necessary encouragement to walk through the tremendous procedures. She’s highly efficient, quick responsive, and knowledgeable all the time. Finally she helped regain the original priority date and avoided another 10 years of waiting period. Well, your case doesn’t necessarily have to be so dramatic as mine to benefit from her expertise. I wish I could have written this review earlier.
