Mr Marron represented me in a real estate non disclosure issue. I’d almost given up hope of an equitable outcome before I started working with Marron Law. But, Mr Marron was able to negotiate a settlement that I could accept. And he took care of everything, relieving so much of my stress.
I have had attorneys in the past and they all seemed the same. High priced and not worth the time they spent on my case and sometimes lost cases due to them being unprepared. I however found Mr. Marron and was pleasantly surprised. I have had Mr. Marron as my attorney on several issues involving Landlord/Tenant disputes and I would use him again if I needed him without hesitation. He is always professional, thinks outside the box, and comes to court well organized and prepared to defend his clients. He made me feel I was his only client and the fact he was very personable made me feel I could turn my legal problems over to him with confidence. Mr. Marron is not just an attorney, his perseverance and his knowledge of the law, and the care he takes to understand each case fully says he loves what he does and it shows. He is there to win my case. The fact his prices are reasonable as well sets him above the average attorney. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a very skilled attorney. You won't be disappointed!

Do not pay $5k retainer
I hired James to represent us in a breach of contract litigation. James had a pattern where any time our retainer need to be replenished he would promise all these hard-nosed actions and then would kick the can down the road until he demanded more money. Finally he withdrew from our case when we refused to take his crappy advice. Then we negotiated our own settlement and James actually filed a motion to get pay out of our settlement and almost ruined the whole thing. He will leave you high and dry unless it's time for him to get paid. Do not hire him!!!

Dont hire this Law Firm
Hired James to do legal work regarding a dispute with a builder. He is like most lawyers, out for himself and motivated by money only. He started off solid, but we found out soon enough that he was out to get as much money for himself and was not worried with what was best for our case. We stopped listening to his advise and basically let him withdraw from our case because we felt he was not advising us toward the best end results for us but rather for him. He wanted us to sign our house over to him for payment, we did the opposite and went on to settle our case without him. If we would have listened we would have lost 1000's of dollars. Instead we won!! Dont hire this law firm!!!

Ridiculously slow turn around time.
Contacted James about completing a document review. Signed a contract with him on 1/25 to complete document review.
- Pinged him on 1/31 asking for status. He responded on 2/5 stating that he had the flu and would get to it soon.
- Pinged on 2/22 after not hearing from him AT ALL. He responded same day that he was just getting over the flu.
If you want to hire a lawyer to fight for you, do not hire James. If you want to hire a lawyer that you need to ping and ping to see any kind of results, he's your man
Oh, and he charged me $500 for a document review and email follow up. Not worth it at all.
