He promises work will be done but misses deadlines by at least three weeks each time without any prior notice. Misses estimated charges by more than 2x without prior warning, for work that ...is only half the scope in the work order. Afterwhich, he promised to look at the excessive charges but has not done anything but to continue to bill me, despite emails to remind him of what he said he would do. Continued scope creep and charges you for work you did not authorize or want. So much work to keep him focused on what you need. Knows very little about immigration tax and charges you a lot to learn.
