Highly recommend Mr. Wong for your case

Having a legal matter to resolve can be a tremendous stressful experience for me until I retained Mr. Wong for a TRO case. I spoke with 4 attorneys, Mr. Wong’s professionalism, excellent analytical skills and very knowledgeable in his field made him the best attorny to represent me for my case. ... At the hearing, Mr. Wong gave advice about my legal situation. Keep me informed about my case. His people skills and communication with others were superior. After the case, I learned that Mr. Wong’s integrity, honesty, positive attitude have won respect among his peers. I appreciated working with Mr. Wong who care for me on a personal level, look out for my best interests and have my back the entire time. If you are involved in litigation and needing a good attorney I would highly recommend Mr. Mitchell Wong to represent you. He invests in his clients and is thorough in his work. Thank you again for all your hard work!

Pursued a Positive Approach to win Custody

I have been battling custody for my kids for over 10 years. First through a divorce, then after remarried for custody of my kids. the advice and strategy to win my kids was honesty and staying positive. He remained poised and gave me confidence as the opposing lawyer did go negative on several counts..., he kept me positive with knowing the difference between relevant accusations, and just character attacks that had no meaning. Preparation was simple in keeping the right strategy to win the task at hand. It is always hard to win custody from the mother, but for keeping a solid strategy and remaining positive, he has won the unthinkable. I have 2 boys out of 3 here in Ohio now, because of the work he put into this case, to give the best opportunities for my boys. As stated with Eninim "You only have one shot" One shot at education, to influence the opportunities for the future of your children.

Hired for TRO

I would highly recommend Mitchell Wong. I’m a victim of domestic violence whose abuser served me with TRO paperwork as a means of retaliation. In the military, my husband is charged with domestic violence against me. I also had to place a Military Protective Order against him for fear of our lives, t...his is when he retaliated and filed a TRO against me with false allegations. With this TRO he also retained temporary custody of our daughter, this has by far been the scariest thing I’ve experienced in my life. Wong was great. Just from our consultation he was able to read exactly the type of person that my husband is and exactly what he was doing. He was also able to see that my husband didn’t have any evidence, which he didn’t. He successfully got the TRO thrown out with prejudice. Thank your Mitchell Wong for helping me with this difficult time.

A great lawyer

I consulted and hired Mitchell Wong to represent me as a lawyer because he felt more confident in winning my case than the other lawyers I interviewed in Honolulu. His cognizance of the Honolulu courts with 20 years experience helped win my case and I won in court beating the odds stacked against me ...and ironically being innocent too.

Client review. Completed TRO case.

I had conducted initial consultations with 5 attorneys prior to my meeting Mitchell. Of all, he was most helpful and sounded the most organized and knowledgable on the phone. He agreed to meet in person for further consultation. In total, we discussed my case roughly two hours prior to our decision... to retain his services. I had a TRO filed against me and needed representation. This was very distressing for me because it involved the separation of my child from me. If there is anyone who is currently going through this, and reading, please know that it would benefit you greatly to obtain legal representation. I don't know what I would have done. Mitchell insisted we establish a schedule of meetings for the following week to work on our documents and exhibits. We met multiple times over the period of two weeks, prior to the scheduled hearing. On the day of the hearing Mitchell helped to keep me calm and coached me on how to behave in the courtroom. "Be like Reese Witherspoon", he said, making me laugh and re-focusing me. He had also come prepared with my exhibits which were very organized and effective. During the hearing his questioning was flawless and he remained professional despite efforts of the plaintiff to distract and upset him. It is also important to note that throughout this entire process Mitchell never made any promises to me. On the contrary, he vetted everything I said. He warned me that TRO hearings are very serious and that one can never know how things might turn out. He told me that the best approach is to make our side of the story as clear as possible, with evidence, and conduct ourselves in an organized and professional way. Mitchell was more than accommodating with regard to fees and payment. He offered multiple payment methods and a flat rate for the entire TRO case. To us, this flat rate was extremely reasonable given the number of hours of work Mitchell had to put into my case. In fact, our TRO case was atypical, as we had to attend hearing and the process caused us to remain at the Kapolei complex for roughly 5 hours. My TRO was dismissed with prejudice and when we walked out of the court room I knew Mitchell would be my go-to professional when it comes to legal matters. I confidently recommend Mitchell S. Wong. He was my hero that day.
