On 5/3/2016, the Hawaii Supreme Court ruled in our favor on an informed consent case, which essentially ruled that a Plaintiff did not need a hired expert witness in order to prevail on such a claim. ... This case has now changed the landscape of informed consent cases in Hawaii.
