John William Schmidtke Jr

Mr. John W. Schmidtke, Jr. benefited financially from my divorce. He took advantage of a twenty one year marriage with considerable assets with two dozen trips to court and legal fees to blow your mind. There were two sets of motions to compel, two sets of interrogatory questions, deposition, exhibit...s and more exhibits, emails, letters, meetings, phone calls, forced therapy and chaos and smoke screens to avoid the financial facts while one party was put at a disadvantage while the other fled the country. He showed no consideration or compassion for the additional pain he caused the entire family with his billing techniques. Resolution was never the goal. He took advantage and took peace, time, energy, and resources that are forever lost. He used the legal system as a weapon during the lowest point in my life with no regard to the additional pain he caused. I absolutely do not recommend John Schmidtke.
