He is always one step ahead in anticipating the next move, and always available to personally talk with his clients. Above all, he fights to assure his in...jured client has the best of care and looks at the family situation as a whole. He addresses all barriers a family is faced with, assuring a healthy resolution for everyone involved. I cannot put into words the many, many obstacles I was faced with, and because of the experience of Mr. Leavitt, and his assurance, I was given hope. I was given the best of medical care and all my bills paid. Mr. Leavitt sat by my side during arbitration’s and fact findings. Mr.Leavitt always answered my questions, never put words in my mouth, and presented me with facts and the law. Mr. Leavitt always stressed the importance of the truth and telling the truth.
