Beware this Attorney Gary Dubin can take your money and not file one document!!!!
Attorney Gary Dubin took our money to stop an unlawful NJF Foreclosure and did not file one document to stop it. When we confronted him about it he told us he would make sure that no attorney ever took our case. He put this in writing! Now we have lost the title to our home because of him, and risk...
This is another example of the actionable nonsense on this website. They investigate no comments but put anything posted and call it informed. I know of no such client. What is here described never happened. I invite the author to provide his or her name and address and I will gladly give that person a lesson in court on the law of defamation. I handle many foreclosure defense cases for clients. I can only image which bank had its representative post this garbage here on a website that will post anything no matter how ridiculous. Reader beware. This goes for everything on this disgraceful unvented website.

“In the now 51 years practicing law I have NEVER been disciplined by any jurisdiction having anything to do with conduct toward clients. AVVO does not do its homework and No one should take anything it prints seriously. It even gives attorneys high marks that informed attorneys know is ridiculous.”
