David Robert Squeri III

Several months ago, we reached out to David Robert Squeri III for a consultation in regards to AOAO's massive bill for leak damage that impacted many units. There was no concrete proof that our unit caused the damage. Not to mention, our insurance initially had refused to pay out. He listened very ...patiently as we explain to him the whole situation. First, let me start off by saying I've never written a review on anything for anyone But I felt I needed to show my appreciation! David Squeri is a fantastic lawyer! He literally saved me family from losing everything around $1 million! When I came to David I was represented by another lawyer that w...as trying to get me to signa agreement to settle out of court and let some some deep pocket criminals get away with my life savings. The other lawyer told me even though I was right they had way more money than me and they would run me dry and eventually win! Thank God for David that wasn't the case David totally turned there world upside down with his knowledge, expertise and bulldog attitude and in less than 30 days He had it settled out of court in my favor!

Becaus...e of his firm but calm demeanor, he maintained a professional working relationship with the opposing attorney and personally negotiated and settled my case for an amount far exceeding even my own expectations! Mr. David Squeri saved our home construction project through building a successful relationship with our bad contractor. Through his excellent experience and knowledge of construction law, he was able to get the contractor to agree to complete much of the work not done, redo work done poorly, and get... a refund for work they were unable to complete. In the end, we were able to get rid of the bad contractor with a settlement payment from them. After this experience we were able to use the invaluable education David gave us to hire a very good contractor to finish this project.
