David W. Barlow brings many years of experience as a personal injury lawyer in Hawaii, with a strong track record of securing fair and full compensation for accident victims. His commitment to justice and dedication to his clients have earned him a reputation as one of Hawaii’s leading personal injury attorneys.
Mr. Barlow is licensed to practice in both the Hawaii State Courts and the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii. He serves on the Board of Governors of the Hawaii Association for Justice and is an active member of the Hawaii State Bar Association.
Appointed by Chief Justice Mark Recktenwald, Mr. Barlow serves as an Arbitrator in the Hawaii State Court Annexed Arbitration Program, demonstrating his deep trust within the legal community.
Earlier in his legal career, Mr. Barlow worked with the U.S. Air Force JAG Office at Hurlburt Field, Florida, and served as a judicial clerk for Chief District Judge Gary Nafziger of the Second Judicial District in Kansas.
He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Washburn University School of Law and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Weber State University. While in law school, he served as Student Editor-in-Chief of the Family Law Quarterly, a publication of the American Bar Association, and was President of the Washburn Chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society.
