Danielle Rose Beaver

We contacted Danielle after we received the first denial from Social Security for my husband. Her professionalism and knowledge of the process right from the beginning was encouraging. After being denied for my SSDI I consulted Danielle Beaver. She advised me to appeal the decision and if I was denied a second time, to come talk to her and we would go to the hearing phase. When the second appeal was denied that's when Danielle came in. She got my medical records and a couple of d...ays before the hearing, we met. She clearly explained what the process spot on. She told me not to be upset or suprised the a doctor who never examed me would pass a diagnosis. As a mechanic and a big rig trucker all my life and the nature of my disability, I wasn't able to work. At the hearing there was a vocational specilest in attendance. She came up with some hypothetacl jobs I could do like a hotel housekeeper. This is where Danielle knocked it out of the park. Being right handed and having one of my disabilities on my right arm, she questioned how could I do hotel housekeeping not being able to use my dominate hand. As well as the other hypothetical jobs the vocational specialist mentioned. That was the bottom of the 9th, 2 out grand slam. We won. Like my title said, you want the best, look no further. Danielle is truly amazing!! After spending literally years trying to do the application and all the complicated steps that followed afterwards I reached out to Danielle for help. She sorted out all my medical records, answered every phone call and email right away, met with me and explained why the p...rocess takes so long. I am a very high anxiety person and she calmed me down by giving me the facts of what was happening in the SSDI process.
