Once you hire her, she will start to make a lot of excuses, or avoid directly assisting your case, yet continue to rack hours against ...your retainer. She doesn't show any desire to help you get a positive outcome, and if you start to question or wonder why its taking so long, and why you keep request the same documents and records over and over, she will begin to berate you and tell you how she is the hired professional, and you just need to follow and listen. Very unpleasant at every encounter, phone, office, court. Makes your anxiety rise, just thinking about having to communicate with her again. Maybe this is how she avoids you questioning her work, or lack of it.
