OUTCOME: My Client was immediately scheduled for an interview and the N400 was approved.

Client applied for citizenship and for three years was still waiting adjudication due to pending FBI check. he has already interviewed two times and was informed that he passed his texts but he was not ... making any progress. Client then contacted and retained our Firm to represent him. Since Client came in when he was two years old from Somalia, I filed a suit under 8. U.S.C. section 1447(b) action against USCIS, US AG and other federal agencies showing that the delay was unreasonable and unjustified.
