Biography
Kevin J. Block, Esq. is a dedicated, sought-after Hawaii immigration attorney and the founder of Maui Immigration Law, LLC. The son of an immigrant mother who eventually naturalized, Attorney Block has been a formidable and compassionate advocate for Hawaii's immigrant community for most of his career. After earning his Juris Doctor from the New College of California School of Law, he worked for the Legal Aid Society of Hawaii, the BEST program at MEO, and continues to be the director of Immigrant Services for the County of Maui's Department of Housing and Human Concerns. While he regularly partners with individuals and families to resolve a wide spectrum of different immigration matters, he remains an engaged community member for many causes relevant to Hawaii's non-citizens, as well. He serves on the Maui County Domestic Violence Task Force and is an Executive Committee Member of the Kula Community Association. He is a firm advocate for responsible and humane immigration reform and applies those principles to the counsel, insight, and representation he provides to the clients at his firm.
