Answers the phone and very short to the point.
I called Ms Yangida and she answered the phone. She asked to pre-qualify me before continuing the conversation. I provided a case number and parties names. After a pause she said she couldn't help me. I asked for a reason why? She said she does not provide reason or explanation. She is sorry.
