David A. Sereno

I hired David Sereno to defend me in a Temporary Restraining Order case. A really basic case where a competing business as mine decided to get rid of the competition. She filed all kinds of police reports the were 100% lies. Then we had a traffic accident and our vehicle mirrors kissed each others... .She actually sandwiched me in between her vehicle and a parked vehicle on the street to my right. A witness said I caused the accident, the witness was 100% incorrect. When the other business got the accident report she just added to the report to all kinds of allegations it as if I tried to hurt her and on and on. The 911 tape clearly states what happened and if the Officer on the scene had been brought into court the case would of been over. David, scolded me and told me that the case would not be about the accident. It turned out to be almost all about the accident. After 6 months he could of gone in and talked to the judge, David declined and ran away. I have lost my business, my income, my reputation. I contacted a top attorney that looked at the case and said complacency. What a mess. Thank God I wasn't accused of murder. . When I reported to BBB that I wasn't happy he told BBB that he couldn't talk about my case, Attorney client privilege even after I gave my permission. These are my allegations.
