Biography
Pacific Immigration was founded by attorney Jessica Hatcher in 2017. Before founding Pacific Immigration, Jessica was the managing attorney for the Hawaii offices of Beacon Immigration, Law Offices of David Jakeman.
Jessica has always had a passion for helping others. The beginning of her legal career focused on criminal law and then civil litigation. After meeting her husband, an immigrant, and traveling internationally, Jessica shifted her focus to immigration law. In this field, Jessica has enjoyed helping people navigate the complex immigration process and realize their goals of coming to the United States.
Jessica has lived on the Big Island since 2016. Before relocating, Jessica lived in Frederick, Maryland. She was born in California but grew up in South Carolina. Jessica is a proud graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law and the University of South Carolina
