Not prepared for meeting. Was either unwilling or incapable of offering coherent recommendation(s), plan, approach or strategy. Her website address was incorrect and took us to a massage studio. Her phone person inept, untrained and lacked basic professionalism. Essentially Dawn handed us printouts o...f the law and told us several times talk to a attorney in another state. She provided generic lip service in order to bill us an hour plus and was clear she had no intention of providing any value at the meeting. She did, however, ask for immediate payment at end of appointment, so we got insulted to boot. This was a waste of our precious time and money.
