OUTCOME: I was able to get the insurance policy limits from the other driver's insurance company and also from my client's underinsured coverage on his own insurance policy.

My client was struck by another vehicle that ran a red light. This occurred early in the morning when my client was on the way to work. The other driver was still out partying from the night before. My ... client had lost consciousness as a result of this major impact. The police arrived and arrested the other driver for driving while intoxicated.
