Plaintiff was rear ended by a PT Cruiser, in Depew, New York. Plaintiff's vehicle sustained less than $1,000.00 in damage, however, plaintiff sustained an injury to his lumbar spine at L5-S1. Plainti ... ff developed cauda equina syndrome, and ultimately underwent an anterior posterior lumbar fusion. As a result, plaintiff experienced foot drop, and condition which involves muscle weakness, and forward dropping of the front portion of the foot. Jason C.
