Biography
With nearly 40 years of experience, I am a specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law through the State Board of Specialization, State Bar of California. As a solo practitioner with two highly trained and experienced paralegal assistants, our team strives to give in-depth personal attention to each of our clients. We are located in the resort area of north Lake Tahoe in the Town of Truckee. We pride ourselves in providing bay area expertise to produce high quality Estate Plans at reasonable cost.
As a previous U.S. Navy veteran air controller, I graduated with a B.S. degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. I obtained my Juris Doctor degree from the Unversity of California, San Francisco, Hastings College of the Law and was admitted to the California Bar in 1977 and the Nevada Bar in 1985.
