I don’t know where to begin! Jude is an absolutely amazing lawyer! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else in the area! He is very efficient, reliable, and not afraid to tell you what’s up! I would have thrown out 9 years of my life but he was an absolute legend and I only did 6 months, which I deserved. I hired Jude to represent me for a very serious sexual assault case. I was facing a wrongful rape charge. There was some, but very little evidence against me. Ultimately Jude was able to get the case 100% dismissed. He was able to get all of the police reports, interviews, evidence, etc. and provided... all of that information to me throughout the course of the case. He was also able to file a waiver that did not require me to be in court in person as I live out of the area, and always kept me informed via e-mail with what happened that day and when my next court date would be. In my opinion he took a very realistic approach to what the outcome may be, always preparing me for the reality of the matters at hand, never sugar coating anything. The reality was that I was facing a maximum of 8 years in prison and a lifetime sex offender registration. Needless to say these were some very serious consequences. I hired Jude on two occasions. The first was a DUI. Jude got the DUI lowered to a wet and reckless. I was very pleased with the results. The second was a driving on a suspended. Jude got it dismissed! I was absolutely pleased with that outcome. During the second case, CHP had sent me a bill in regard...s to the wet and reckless which had already been closed. I am pleased to wholeheartedly recommend Jude and his legal services. I had never been in trouble with the law before and was extremely nervous about my first offense DUI. Jude took the time to explain the process, and expertly navigated the options including securing the best possible outcome in c...ourt. I was clearly guilty so I was found guilty and paid my fines, did traffic school, and MADD courses, and Jude kept me out of jail and kept the penalties as minimal (while significant) as possible. Best of all, over two years later the conviction and probation were causing issues for my business and loans, etc., so Jude went above and beyond to go back to court very quickly on my behalf and secured the relief I needed from the Court. This saved my business and my reputation and I cannot thank Jude enough for going above and beyond to help me. His compensation was more than fair (and a bargain in retrospect) and his service and expertise were top notch.

In October of 2018, I was stopped and arrested for DUI right at/under the legal limit. The very first thing I did was search for a DUI attorney in the Truckee area, and Jude's name was top of the list. Everyone I spoke to highly recommended his practice. His price was more than fair and away we went ...with the legal process. Throughout, Jude kept me aptly informed as to what was transpiring with my case and where we stood. After a couple months of, what was for me, easy going, we were able to settle for a wet and reckless charge. This came with a small court fee, no jail, no community service, no AA. Then, Jude went to battle against the CA DMV on my behalf, which we were sure we would lose and my license would be suspended. However, thanks to how thorough and knowledgeable Jude is, I was able to keep my driving privilege and did not have to face any negative repercussions from the DMV. Now, while I would have hoped to have the entire case cleared with no conviction whatsoever, the issue really came down to cost and my lack of funding to continue to proper trial. This is in no way a reflection on Jude and his practice. He kept me informed as to the costs of everything and we did not proceed any further unless I said go. He did his absolute best for me and I am more than happy with the outcome. I highly recommend his practice and will be enlisting his services in the future for record clearing. Thank you Jude!!!
