Absolutely THE worst experience I've ever had working with an attorney. Bob and Anna come across as friendly and "on it" when addressing your legal needs. However, when it comes time to deliver on their plans and promises, you get nothing...nothing but excuses, lies and dodges from the truth of the... fact that they are simply flakes. I reached out over a dozen times trying to obtain a letter I needed. Not knowing better, Anna kept sending the wrong thing...over and over again. I then requested a phone appointment with Bob to try to get past the forgetfulness and incompetence. Bob flaked on that appointment too. When I called them 45 minutes AFTER our appointment time, Anna told me he was on the phone with a friend...seriously?! Do what you say and say what you mean in business. Unfortunately, this law office does neither. Going through legal matters can be stressful enough. Robert Huckaby will only make that worse. Beware.
