My experience with Lisa Fraas in a professional capacity was anything but pleasant. With over a decade in family law as a paralegal, I've encountered numerous personalities, and Lisa stands out as one of those attorneys universally disliked. Despite not engaging our services or making any payment,... she believed we were somehow obligated to file her client's documents. Subsequently, she engaged in harassing emails when we couldn't accommodate her request. We had to issue a formal cease and desist email due to the nature of her communication and the use of abusive language. My sympathy extends to anyone relying on her services and opposing counsel tasked with dealing with her. It wouldn't surprise me if her relentless emails were an attempt to deplete her client's retainer, a suspicion that prompted me to share this. Upon reviewing her state bar records, it becomes evident that her unacceptable behavior aligns with the various suspensions she has received. Proceed with caution.
