He didn't try to fight for me, maybe because he was court appointed, maybe if we would have hired & paid for him he would have been more attentive. The case was for driving on a suspended license. I got 30 days, but was told other attorneys get it dropped down to 10 days. Frustrating! He was hardly... at his office for questions, took a week before returning calls, and settled for what the DA was offering rather than requesting alternative options or better terms. His partner (mother, I believe) Diane, however, is great. I wish she would have taken the case instead of giving it to him.
