Gregory John Brislain

Pros: Greg is very knowledgable of his craft as an Attorney. He seems to find many loopholes and is able to seek what his clients are looking to get. Cons: He is habitaully late. He even no-showed at court for me once, and it took 6 additional proceedings to undo the damage that caused. He shoot...s from the hip when he is in court, and doesnt seem to have planned his cases very well. He is unresponsive and oes not communicate with his clients well. he rns his business like he is a judge, and when he doesnt like your answer he continues to question you like you are under oath. Rather disturbing. The only reason I would ever hire him would be under the following guidelines: I would only hire him to argue one issue at a time. He gets sidetracked on the BS that can come up, and he doesnt focus on what you need him for. He finds new things to bill you for, so staying on top of him needs to be proiority to not break the bank. You need to stay on top of this guy to get results. And, if you call him out on his conduct he flips out and starts calling his clients names, and will hang up the phone on them. Basically, what I am saying is...find a different Attorney.
