He helps clients plan their estates, their family and business transitions, and their elder years with revocable and irrevocable trusts, business and property agreements, powers of attorney, beneficiary designations, insurance trusts, charitable trusts and other planning strategies. He represents clients in probate estates and trust administration, and works together with clients and tax professionals on preparation of gift and estate tax returns. He is sensitive to the needs and concerns of persons and families who must deal with the incapacity of a loved one, and helps them steer the best course for asset preservation and personal dignity in the face of managed care or catastrophic illness expenses.
