If your father had a will, it is unlikely you will be able to add your sister. If your father died without a will, you would be co-administrators...

I suggest you have an attorney write a letter to your father reminding him that the car was given to you by your grandmother and asking him to turn...

Yes they can call a witness at trial that has not been deposed. If the discovery cut off is past however, the attorney/witness can file a motion...

She can sign YOUR name with your permission. A POA is advisable. You may also consider a fax filing - you can do that from anywhere.
