My office prepares various kinds of trust instruments for clients with the purpose of passing assets outside of probate and reducing or entirely eliminating estate taxes at the time of death. I am also involved in the practice of Medi-Cal planning for the State of California.

My practice is involved in the practice of probate for those estates that have prepared a will as their estate plan.
