Tedd mehr handled my family law case. It was a easy case for him since I did all the footwork gathering tons of evidence of how my sons mother was medically abusing our son by lying to doctors to get our son on meds he did not need. also severe parental alienation tactics . He told me that I have giv...en him lots of money already but he needed another 5,000 more and that would get me through trial. So I got him the money and just 3 days before my trial he tells me that he does not want to go to trial and if I don't take his advice I can find another lawyer!! This is after I've given him money he requested for the trial. Tedd claims to me he is a child advocate but his actions show otherwise. Find a better lawyer. This guy just wants your money . He ripped me off for my money my time and let my son continue to be abused psychologically .

I have always been told that if I can’t find anything nice to say, than say nothing at all…..but I’ve been doing that for to long. I was fooled, in the start of my working with Ted Mehr. I was also an emotional wreck and facing a family and town all by myself. I believed in him. And he may as well b...een getting paid by my ex and his family. Which come to find out in a round about way he does get paid by my exes family. He should’ve NEVER taken my case. He never performed a single request I begged for over and over. Never filed a motion. Never fought for me. He fed me to the wolves only caring to further his relationship with the other lawyer in the case and play go between keeping my ex and his family happy. He should’ve NEVER taken on my case. But apparently he has no soul and zero interest in doing what’s right. This man did not do his job the way I have seen and experienced with attorneys before. He took over 10000 dollars from me and my family and he literally did NOTHING FOR ME. It’s taken me a long time to be able to get myself put back together after what he participated in doing to me. And I just wanted to warn anyone that he only cares about money and making himself look good to the people with money in Colusa! Do yourself a favor and hire someone who actually works for you!!!
